Better Outcomes: That's the promise you must be making to yourselves.

It's an announcement to yourself of your commitment to your mindset expansion.

The question is: does that promise feel a little scary? Are you already, silently hedging your bets with possible reasons why that kind of a promise might be over-promising, or are you ready to wage battle with the thoughts, old habits, and patterns that didn't support your journey to success, last year?

Taking a leap of faith, requires just that. On your mark, get set...

Take this opportunity to prep your mind for intentional success. I'm talking about big wins as well as the miniscule ones!

Keep in mind, the power that you posses to keep pulling up your big girl panties and to take responsibility. Balance your business with everything else you've got going on. It must never be either or.

It's not going to always require juggling skills but don't be surprised when it SEEMS like everything is coming at you all at once!

Those are the times to connect to the members and the membership for support, a shoulder, or a place to vent, so you can acknowledge, accept, adapt, and keep going.

This membership is less focused on you business (that's your department) and more on you! The way to make the concepts and habit practices resonate is to implement the new (or renewed) ways of working with your BE-ing.

Don't feel the need to digest it all, or always feel comfortable, prior to applying practices to your life/business.

The goal is to integrate the ways in which you will go from being, to upgrade into BECOME-ing. You'll have to deliberately apply more thoughtful/rational reactions (as opposed to emotions always leading the way), demonstrate more confidence in your decisions and actions (instead of ruminating, overthinking and second-guessing), and nestle into the sweet-spot of self awareness so that you can temper your growth with wisdom, compassion, and perspective expansion to keep the momentum consistent and fueled with enthusiasm.

They say, what you'll be doing in your future is the response to the things (actions, thoughts, intentions) you do today, so let's not f*ck around, to find out! Tell your future self that you're listening for her whisperings, and starting now, make her proud. She already knows you can do it. Time to prove it!
